    Recommended CONCENTRIX, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, trace elements, vitamins dosage :
    For children and adolescents up to 9 years of age, it is recommended to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening immediately before or with meals. Recommended for young people from 10 years and adults are two capsules in the morning and two in the evening. The capsules should be taken with plenty of liquid. If you have trouble swallowing, you can chew the capsule or mix the expressed contents with other foods.
