1 enteric-coated capsule contains: 195.2 mg pig pancreas powder, corresponding to: Lipase activity: 20,000 Ph.Eur. units capsule Amylase activity: at least 15,000 Ph .Eur. units capsule Protease activity: min. 900 Ph.Eur. units capsule
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, gelatin, magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.), montanglycol wax, sodium laurilsulfate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), triethyl citrate, antifoam emulsion (contains simethicone, methylcellulose, sorbic acid (Ph. Eur.), water), film former dispersion (contains methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) (Ph. Eur.), polysorbate 80, water, sodium dodecyl sulfate).

Contraindications:
Pancreatin 20,000 Laves® Micro should not be taken if there is evidence of hypersensitivity to pork (pork allergy) or any of the other ingredients of Pancreatin 20,000 Laves® Micro.
Warnings and precautions for use:
Pancreatin preparations contain active enzymes which, when released into the oral cavity, eg by chewing, can lead to damage to the mucous membranes (eg ulceration of the oral mucosa). It is therefore important to ensure that the formulations are taken without chewing. Pancreatin 20,000 Laves® Micro should not be used in acute pancreatitis and an acute flare-up of chronic pancreatitis during the active phase of the disease. Intestinal obstructions are known complications in patients with cystic fibrosis. In the presence of ileus-like symptoms, the possibility of intestinal strictures should therefore also be considered.
Side effects:
Uncommon: anorexia, dizziness, vertigo, rhinitis, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia (pyrosis, heartburn), stomatitis, erythema, malaise.
