    • The preparation is a medicine for use on the skin.
    • The active ingredient etofenamate belongs to the group of non-steroidal (cortisone-free) anti-inflammatory drugs (rheumatic drugs) and has anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) and pain-relieving (analgesic) properties.

        • in the case of acute strains, sprains or bruises in the area of ​​the extremities as a result of blunt trauma, e.g. B. Sports injuries;

              • Always use this medicine exactly as described or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
              • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
                • Spray 7 sprays 4 times a day (1 spray corresponds to 18 mg etofenamate) over a large area on the diseased area and its surroundings. It is advisable to rub in the solution lightly after every 1 – 2 sprays and allow it to dry.
                • • The practicing doctor will decide about the length of the treatments. In the case of blunt injuries (e.g. sports injuries), application over 1 week is usually sufficient. The therapeutic benefit of application beyond this period has not been proven.
                  • In the case of rheumatic diseases, a treatment period of 3 – 4 weeks is sufficient in most cases. If the symptoms persist, the doctor should be consulted, who will decide how to proceed.
                  • Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak.
